My Summer 2019 TBR

Updated: Dec 11, 2019

As my Reading Challenge last week pointed out, SUMMER IS HERE!

YAY!

In accordance with that challenge and with a few past obligations and desires, I figured I'd post my current summer TBR list.

(If you missed the challenge, you can still join. Go to this link to see the whole post.)

Some of my To Be Read pile/list are review books that have yet to be released, and some will be released in the next few weeks. Others are just books I've wanted to read for a long time and finally have time to jump into again.

These books line up with my summer reading challenge. Hopefully I get through them all this year.

Submerged (Alton Gansky)

The Day the Angels Fell (Shawn Smucker)

The Restorer (Sharon Hinck)

Artemis Fowl (Eoin Colfer)

Cinder (Marissa Meyer)

Black Widow, Vol. 1, Shield's Most Wanted (Mark Waid)

Circe (Madeline Miller)

Wuthering Heights (Emily Bronte)

The Outsiders (S. E. Hinton)

The Sun is Also A Star (Nicola Yoon)

Other books on my TBR that aren't related to the challenge are:

In the Afterlight (Alexandra Bracken)

Choose to Win (Tom Ziglar)

Here, Now (Kate Merrick)

The Pawn (Steven James)

Story Trumps Structure (Steven James)

Breach of Trust (Rachel Dylan)

Code of Valor (Lynette Eason)

Walking with Henry (Rachel Anne Ridge)

Blaze (Hope Bolinger)

What are you planning to read this summer?

J. J. Hanna graduated from Taylor University with a degree in Professional Writing. She's currently working with literary agent Cyle Young, learning to be a literary agent, and working as a freelance writer and editor. To hire her for editing, writing, speaking, or consulting, see the services tab. In her free time, she can be found cuddling with a cat, reading the latest suspense novel, or filming YouTube videos about the publishing industry.

This week's YouTube video is about another book on my TBR list this summer, Blaze, by Hope Bolinger. This book was just released on June 3, 2019, and can be found on Amazon or Barnes and Noble.
